Recently went to Amsterdam and had a great day meeting Wouter Hamel (www.wouterhamel.com), who is signed to Decca. Brought back a hard drive with 5 of his songs which I have now mixed. His album should be out soon.
Also had the pleasure of briefly meeting Russell Brand when I was hired as Pro Tools operator on the set of his new film, Get Him To The Greek.

Apart from that, I've been writing more library tracks and enjoying the improved midi capabilities of Pro Tools 8! And I recently bought PSP's "Old Timer" which is a vintage style compressor/limiter.
