Recently set up a small Genelec 5.1 system in my room at The Metway Studios, using 5 x 8020s and a 7050b sub. I downloaded the Waves 360 Surround Tools bundle and used the M360 Surround Manager to help with the setup, and although it took me a while, I got there eventually! The 80 series Genelec monitors are really excellent, and very easy to work with. The installation was to enable me to mix for composers Mogul and The Prawn (http://mogulandtheprawn.com) who have been producing soundtrack music for an advertising campaign to be broadcast on film and tv. Have also been mixing some excellent live tracks for Wouter Hamel, but in stereo on my Pro Ac 100s! |
